"I’ve used it a handful of times and..."
I’ve used it a handful of times and it’s kind of a mixed bag. A few scans went through totally fine, like at checkout, on a simple barcode, and when the lighting was decent. But other times it got weird, like it wouldn’t read right away, or I had to tilt it around, or try again, or move closer, then farther back. It’s not terrible or anything, just not super reliable every single time

My order showed up in plain packaging, which I really appreciated since it kept things discreet. The only downside was that it took a bit longer to arrive than I was expecting. Overall, my experience was fine, not amazing, but not bad either

"Delivery showed up when promised"
I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery was dependable overall. The tracking updated often enough, and the package arrived around the time they said it would. The box was in good shape too. It wasn’t especially fast, and if it had been late I would’ve expected some kind of compensation, but since everything basically went as promised, I can’t really complain.

"Looks decent from far away"
It showed up quickly, so that was a plus. At first glance it looks okay, especially from across the room, but up close the details just don’t feel very realistic. The colors are a little off, kind of too flat in some spots, and the finish has that slightly cheap, plastic-looking shine to it. It’s fine if you’re not looking too closely, but it didn’t really fool me in person...

"Pretty easy order, but not perfect"
Ordering was easy enough overall, though it did feels a little slow on my phone. I got through it without too much trouble, but the checkout pages was kind of unclear in spots. It wasn’t bad, just not anything amazing either.

"Pretty solid deal honestly"
I’m happy with it. Like, I looked around a bit before buying and some other sites were charging more for basically the same thing, so this felt like a fair price. Didn’t get that annoying feeling afterward like I overpaid, which is always nice. Overall, good value for what you get.

"Support was slow after I paid"
After I made the payment, I started to feel a little unsure because support took longer than I expected to get back to me. They did eventually reply and answered my question clearly, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the response time had been quicker, especially after I’d already paid.
